Bertrand has spent half his life abroad. Post-graduated in Economics & International Finance, he has shared his career between Paris and London in the trading rooms of French, English and American companies and has built strong ties with an international clientèle. At the same time, he has worked on several projects dedicated to communication in contemporary art and oenology, which he's been passionate about for many years.

Living and working abroad have been questionning myself on many of our thinking patterns. The Anglo-Saxons, for example, strive to understand the need before addressing it with a suitable product or service. In France, we often think the opposite and the clients have then to adapt, hence frustrations and poor experiences.

Back to France in 2017, Bertrand choses Bordeaux to start BLIMMOBILIER, an independent real estate broker focused on one goal: pushing the client experience to the next level in a context where needs and practices are fast changing.

His cross-skills allow him to offer his clients a modern, relevant and personal approach to the local real estate market, while keeping in mind the emotional value of the projects brought to him.

Bertrand is a member of the international network ADVSR.AI which accounts 25K+ real estate advisors in the World. This enables him to reach buyers globally, market and source properties on a worldwide scale.

The diversity and richness of human relationships in this job has allowed me to do it with passion for more than 20 years now.

Christèle's unconventional professional journey began in the artistic field, first in Touraine, then in Paris and Reims. There she frequents art, crafts and gastronomy circles. Her pronounced taste for arts, design and architecture gradually led her to consider the vast world of real estate.

In 2005, her life flew to Japan where she settled in Tokyo with her family for 15 years. It was an extremely enriching experience in many fields: beyond their local culture and traditions, the Japanese have a vision of life so different from ours, in particular a conception of the service provided that we cannot imagine in Europe. I'm talking about total involvement...

Back to France, in Bordeaux, Christèle decided to dedicate her communicative energy and Far Eastern wisdom to service our local and overseas clients with residential real estate projects.

I see my job going far beyond the transaction itself. It embodies the fusion of my passion and the non-routine dynamic it offers. Her goal? The immense pleasure of giving satisfaction to our clients, whether they are buyers looking for the ideal property or sellers seeking to realize their projects in optimal conditions.

FRÉDÉRIC RIGAL

Frédéric is in charge of our clients' Professional Projects , and more specifically in the Hospitality and Catering industry. Frédéric is also in charge of our Digital Marketing. He is post graduated in Management Sciences and his career as a business engineer, then as a manager in the field of business services, led him to create his own company in which he developed solid experience in customer relations as well as an efficient commercial methodology adapted to each project.

His family goals bring him back to Bordeaux, his hometown, where he joins BLIMMOBILIER at the end of 2023 to develop our business with our professional clients.

His B2B commercial experience, his rigour and sense of negotiation all are assets he puts at the service of our clients to carry out often complex real estate & business projects.

Sometimes a pure investment, sometimes the project of a lifetime, professional real estate requires taking into account all the parameters of our clients and the challenges of both parties to effectively meet their expectations and make the transaction a success. Very often, it involves a transmission, and it therefore goes well beyond the transaction itself. If an investment, the rigor and reliability of the advice will be key.
